Lucas Hadenfeldt – Groundwater Staff Assistant II

Lucas is the lead on processing change of ownership, well decommissioning and water well modification forms. He works with water well contractors, well owners and NRD staff. Lucas processes change of ownership forms to acknowledge when water wells have a new owner. Lucas also processes NRD certification forms and serves as a back-up for well registrations. He is able to assist with questions regarding any aspect of the water well registration and ownership programs.

Jeremy Bower - Groundwater Staff Assistant II

Khalisha Casey – Temporary Groundwater Staff

Khalisha is on temporary loan from surface water permitting and will be registering groundwater wells and processing permits to drill from the NRDs.  She works with water well contractors, well owners and NRD staff.  Khalisha also processes NRD certification and other forms as needed.  She is able to assist with questions regarding any aspect of the water well registration and ownership programs.
