State-Wide Education Activities
Watershed Activity
One of the most important things for students to understand is that all of the water around them is connected and that our actions can directly impact the water. This watershed activity will help students understand what watersheds are and why they should care about them. At the end of the lesson students will understand the importance of the water cycle while constructing a model of an aquifer.
