Jim Ostdiek, Supervisor, Bridgeport Field Office
Jim plans, assigns, and coordinates the work activities of the Bridgeport Field Office. He works with the irrigation districts, natural resources districts, and public within the field office area. Jim also oversees and supervises the satellite offices in Chadron and North Platte. Jim assists in the administration of the North Platte Decree, the South Platte River Compact, and the Niobrara River Compact.

Justin Hladik, Supervisor, Lincoln Field Office

Shane Stanton, Supervisor, Cambridge Field Office
Shane plans, assigns, and coordinates the work activities of the Cambridge Field Office. He works with the irrigation districts, natural resources districts, and public within the field office area. Shane assists in the administration of the Republican River Compact.

Jim Williams, Supervisor, Streamgaging and Survey
Jim supervises streamgaging record review and publication of the Department’s annual Hydrographic Report. Jim is also the supervisor for the Survey Crew, which is tasked with developing topographic information to support various missions of the Department, including floodplain mapping and dam safety analysis. In addition, Jim is the manager of the NeRAIN program, a partnership with the Natural Resources Districts. NeRAIN collects weather-related data uploaded by several hundred citizen scientist volunteers across the state.
