Dan Kloch – Supervisor for Permitting
Dan supervises the permitting section for surface water applications and municipal and industrial groundwater transfer applications. He develops priorities, objectives and standardizes processing procedure for applications and petitions. He coordinates with the mapping and legal counsel sections.

Christine Southwick – Permitting Program Specialist
Christine works with applicants, irrigation districts, water users and other interested parties who apply for new water uses or modifications and transfers of existing water appropriations. She works with the field operations staff and legal counsel to investigate the condition of existing water rights.

John Miller – Permitting Program Specialist
John works with applicants, irrigation districts, water users and other interested parties who apply for new water uses or modifications and transfers of existing water appropriations. He is the lead specialist reviewing instream flow applications and appropriations.
