NeDNR has developed a draft State Flood Hazard Mitigation Plan. The purpose of these meetings will be to inform the public of the information contained in the plan and collect public comment on the draft. Collected comments will be considered for potential revisions to the plan prior to its final approval. These actions are provided under the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. §61-228.
The draft Plan will be made available online from April 11, 2022. Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 11, 2022.
